Beef Tips & Rice

I am such a recipe follower so tonight, in an effort to try something new I decided to just wing it with dinner. It actually came out better than I expected and I will be using it again in the future but next time I will be cooking it in the crockpot.
 Bacon & Onion Beef Tips
1/2 packet Bacon & Onion Dip Mix
1 can cream of mushroom
1 can water
1 packet brown gravy
1-2 lbs beef tips oil to coat the pan
 I tossed everything into the pan brought to a boil and then simmered for about 15 minutes while my rice cooked.
 This would also be good over mashed potatoes!

HSNT trick or trot 5k

I think I am addicted to trying new things! I just signed up to do a 1 mile walk to benefit the Humane Society of North Texas. I think this is gonna be a lot of fun. I get to take my furbaby and I would dress him up but there is no way he would go for that. I set a goal of $500, all the money raised is going to save lives. Look what I found!

Recently I won a new consultant kit with a new company. I already have two companies that I am working and I very seriously debated starting another one, but after doing some research I got very excited about the kit I won.
