Chicken Bites

I was looking for a quick and easy dinner idea when I found this one. I even think my kids will enjoy the Bacon Lovers Ranch, but if they don't I can just have them pick out their favorite flavor. This is so simple to do that I could even use partial dips and have several different flavors for one meal without any added stress. Isn't that what everyone needs? Less stress at dinner time!

Pizza Pizzazz Meatloaf

Lately I have been in such a dinner rut. I don't want to cook, I don't want to plan, and I definitely don't want to go to the grocery store! But I discovered this recipe and realized I have all the ingredients for it so dinner might just be planned after all. I love when that happens. I think the only thing I don't have on hand is an onion but seeing as I'm not a fan of them anyways, it won't upset me to leave that out 😆 I love that the mixes have such a long shelf life, I can stock up and then use them whenever I find awesome recipes! What would be a good side for this? Maybe some garlic bread and green beans. What would you use?

Seasoned Oyster Crackers

I have a quarter auction this evening (I love QA's but I always end up doing more shopping then selling 😆). As I am getting everything prepared I couldn't help but think, "I don't want to take a dip/dessert mix!" Why? You may ask, because it is so stinking hot outside and I don't want to set up an ice bowl to nest the dip in to keep it at the proper temperature. I also don't want to deal with cups, spoons, pretzels or cookies to dip with. What am I gonna do? I want to have people sample how amazing these mixes with less work for myself (I am 22 weeks pregnant, everything is extra challenging lol) Then the light bulb went off 💡, seasoned oyster crackers! These things are the bomb and will be easy to transport and easy to hand out as samples! Normally I am sensitive to spicy foods but there is just something about Texas Ranch Dip seasoned oyster crackers that is super delicious. Now the real trick will be to not eat all the crackers myself!
These crackers would make an excellent after school snack, lunch side or even popcorn replacement at movie time. Its perfect because if you can't handle spice at all, any of the dip mixes would make an excellent substitution. Would you try a dip mix or a dessert mix with this?

I got inspired the other night for dinner and came up with this delicious dinner! It was very easy to make and I loved the size of the cheeseburgers. Perfect for little hands to pick up and makes portion control a bit easier. My oldest complained about it as soon as she took a bite, it was just the worst. And then the stinker proceeded to eat all of it, she just deconstructed it first. lol I will take it as a win since she actually ate dinner! Now to just work on all the complaining.

Banana Chocolate Cupcakes

Working on recipes and this one is amazing and, my favorite, simple! You could substitue any number of flavors for the banana mix for this one. You could even substitute the chocolate cake mix for vanilla. If you swapped for vanilla and added another mix into the cake batter the flavor would stand out even more. I keep thinking about Cotton Candy, probably because that is one of my favorites! I love having all of these beautiful recipes shared with everyone. If you have a recipe you would like shared let me know!

Caramel Taffy Apple

Holy Smokes, Batman! Can anyone say YUMMY?! If you love caramel and apples this is the dessert for you! Besides the delicious flavors in this pie it is sooooo easy to make! That is always what the order that recipes grab my attention, what flavor is it and how easy is it to make. Only a handful of ingredients? Even better, its like a triple win!
I'm thinking this pie might make the perfect treat for when my brand new kindergartener comes home from school for the first time! Nothing like a sugar rush to pile on top of what is hopefully a very exciting day 😂 I can't believe it's already almost time for her to start all day school soon! I remember when I started school those heading into K only went half days. But, I think she will be a rockstar at school. My oldest is such a social butterfly (most of the time!).  Not only will she love this Caramel Taffy Apple Pie but I might just save making it until she is actually home. I won't have to worry about huge messes with this one and we can serve it after dinner.

What are your favorite recipes for treats or even healthy after school snacks? I would love to blog about them and incorporate Party Time Mixes into your mix! If you are interested in trying out any of the recipes on my blog, contact me today about hosting a party and earning mixes for free!

Garlic Galore Pork Chops

I am all for easy dinners, and it can't get much easier than this delicious pork chop dinner. Not only is it a win because my hubby loves pork chops, but it's a win for me because I only have to spend a minimal amount of time in the kitchen! Fry up some chopped up potatoes alongside your pork and heat up some frozen dinner rolls and dinner is complete. I might have to whip up some mac n' cheese for the kids but that is super easy to do as well. I love when dinner comes together in just a few steps. Another winning bonus is the fact that if I am not in the mood for Garlic Galore I can pick any other flavor of dip! You don't even have to worry about storing the leftover dip mix because these dips come double sealed and the main packaging has a resealable closure.
